Accountabilities

  • Manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects for various services.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery plans.
  • Build clear structures such as timelines and resource allocations.
  • Anticipate and remove roadblocks while maintaining project momentum.
  • Navigate and resolve competing priorities and conflicts.
  • Refine project management processes and delivery standards to enhance operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in workflows.
  • Gather and integrate feedback to improve products and services.
  • Track KPIs and provide insights for senior leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as geopolitical risk or business operations.
  • 6+ years' experience in product operations or project management.
  • Proven ability to guide teams through operational changes and initiatives.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects globally.
  • Familiarity with project management and data tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
  • Interest in using AI and automation tools to optimize operations.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong trust-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
