1. HEDIS Functional knowledge
2. Programming: Python, R, SQL (sometimes Java or Scala for big data).
3. Machine Learning: Supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering.
4. Statistics & Mathematics: Probability, regression, hypothesis testing.
5. Data Visualization: Tools like Tableau, Power BI, or libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn.
6. Big Data Tools: Spark, Hadoop (for large-scale data).
7. Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (for deployment and scaling).
8. Deep Learning Neural networks for NLP and advanced predictive tasks.
9. Regression analysis, ANOVA, time-series forecasting.
