Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a full-time, detail-oriented and experienced individual to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts
• Monitor financial transactions and reports
• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
• Maintain an accurate general ledger
• Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Work closely with accountants during audits or tax season

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
